Blore road work needs multi-agencies' coordination

In Bangalore, the much-awaited upgrade of roads along the Namma Metro stretch from Anil Kumble Circle on MG Road to Baiyappanahalli could take place very soon. Karnataka to float fresh bids for BDA layout road works

The Karnataka on July 4 submitted before the High Court that fresh tenders would be called for execution of road works in the controversial Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, near Kengeri, and that it would revoke the previous tenders. The Government Counsel R Dev?das, in his submission before the High Court, which was hearing a petition regarding controversial financial tender/bids for executing the road works, said fresh tenders would be called shortly to award the works afresh.

Bangalore's Sarjapur Road to be restored in 4 months

The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), which is building a signal-free corridor between Sirsi Circle and Agara, plans to complete the restoration work on Sarjapur Road and 80-feet road in four months. The announcement has brought some cheers to the residents of Koramangala and other road users.
